Send Email does not work
I created a message with all employees checked and a subject heading, no message body. Send Email button does nothing.
I tried it on iPad 2 Safari, iOS 5.
Then on Firefox for windows 7 latest version.
Please advise.

Firefox version is 9.01 btw

Actually much of the site functions are down. I.e delete shift does not remove from schedule

Gregg / Manish,
Can you provide me with more detail on what you are experiences with the "Send Email" tool? What exactly is happening when you click the button? Our tests here show it to be working, so I want to get more detail if possible.
Gregg, you mentioned that other functions are not working too. Can you elaborate on those? Our tests show they are working, but I do not want to dismiss your observations. Any additional detail would be helpful.

nothing happens. The button just keeps clicking.
Moreover, today because we were closed, and since the email function was not working, I attempted to delete shifts in the hope of sending notifications. After deleting, I returned to the dashboard and the shifts were still there.
Went back to the schedule and again the shifts were still there.

Hi Greg,
What you may have been experiencing was a browser caching bug or an invalid session. I've seen FireFox sometimes act flaky like this sometimes.
Try this. Simply reboot your computer. Many times that will clear out any lingering cached data and oddities that may cause issues like this.
After you reboot, log back in and go to the Dashboard and click "Send Mail". Let me know if the "Send Mail" pops up after rebooting.

Tried it on ipad with safari IOS5. Closed its browser and restarted too. Two browsers with same problem on two separate issues seems strange.

Hi Gregg,
We do not fully support the iPad or iOS. Many functions may work just fine, but we have not tested and vetted When I Work in the iOS environment at this time.
Please test on a desktop PC or Mac with FireFox, Chrome or Safari and let me know what happens after a reboot.
