I have employees that are not receiving their shift changes via email or texts occasionally. They get the 'your working in 2 hours', but not when there is a shift change.

    Hi Barry,

    Text messages are only sent when a schedule is published for the first time. Any changes to the schedule after it is initially published only include email notifications.

    So if you make a change to a shift and publish changes with notifications checked, only an email notification will be sent. The shift reminders, however, will go out as scheduled even if the shift is changed.

    Barry,

    That is correct. Changes to the schedule only get sent out as email. But, you have to click the options arrow on the publish widget in order to have notifications sent out for schedule changes.
