HI,
Thanks for getting in touch! If you go to the Gear Menu>Schedule Settings, from there you can select PRIVACY OPTIONS. Through the Privacy Options you can change employees schedule view to ALL USERS.
Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with!
Thanks,
Angie

is there a way for the 'admin' to reset an employees password if they have forgotten or can not use the password they had originally submitted

Hi,
Unfortunately there is not way for the 'admin' to reset employees passwords. Employee's can reset their passwords themselves by clicking on the "Forgot Password" option on the login page.
Here is a link to the "Forgot Password": https://robinsonshardware.wheniwork.com/login/forgot
Let me know if you have other questions.

thank you for your quick response. is there a way to change the format of the upgraded version of wheniwork to allow me to print the entire schedule on one 11x8 sheet of paper? on the old version it seems like the font may have been smaller and the entire schedule did in fact fit on a single sheet of paper

Hi Garry,
Unfortunately there is not a way to change the format of the printed out schedule. The size of the printed schedule depends on the number of employees that you have on the schedule.
A way to minimize the schedule would be to hide the Positions from showing on the printed schedule.
I hope that helps. Let me know if you have other questions.
