Shift Trades/Swaps
Shift Swaps - Employees can make shift swap (aka. trades) requests to other employees. Depending on how you have the "Schedule Settings" configured, a request may require manager approval before other employees are notified.
When an employee makes a "Swap" request, they are asked to chose one or more shifts from the schedule for which they are willing to trade their shift.

Once they submit their request, a manger can edit the request before other employees are alerted.
