Tracking Overtime

For overtime, you can set the preferred or max hours for an employee in their profile settings. See Managing Employees in our support portal for information on how to access that.

Once you set the preferred hours for an employee, you will see their hours tabulate in the Scheduler when you assign shifts. In the left column next to their name you'll see how many hours you've schedule compared to how many you've set they prefer. If you go over the preferred or max amount, the number will turn red, indicating that you've gone over the max hours.
